  2. I have read a few instances of people that take acai berry supplements and lost weight. They didn’t brag about taking them for ever. They said that they took them for a couple of months and then they were able to control their diets a whole lot better.
I guess the answer to your question is no and yes. If you take the supplements exercise and eat right during the intake of the acai berry then yes you will lose weight. But if you stop taking the acai berry and stop exercising and eating right then yes you will gain it back. However if you stop taking the acai berry and keep on eating right and exercising then you shouldn’t gain the weight back. In any case you should lose more weight.
acai berry doesn’t just help you lose weight they have many more benefits that are relevant to you being healthy like keeping you motivated, oxidizing your fat and turning it into energy to exercise better and suppress your appetite among other many benefits.
I suggest that you read up on the many different benefits on this berry and it should answer your question more. Hope this helps!

  3. The best way to lose weight.
There are so many diets out there, that it’s difficult to choose the one that’s best for you. Follow these simple rules, and you will lose weight.
    # Find out how many calories it takes to maintain your current weight. (Weigh yourself for one week, while keeping track of every calorie you take in for that week. If you have not lost or gained any weight, that’s the number)
    # Reduce that number of calories for your daily intake. (Avoid fats that you normally take for granted; mayo, cheese, salad dressing, etc. Avoid all fast food & soda! Replace soda with water & go to Subway instead of McDonalds)
    # Exercise more than you do now to burn off additional calories. (The amount of exercise you do depends on your health so check with your doctor, but even walking one flight of stairs instead of taking the elevator helps)
    # Drink lots and lots of water. No soft drinks. Soda should be a treat, not a staple.
If you feel the need to use acai berries in your diet, then buy from acai-diet. They won’t offer free trials, only free shipping. Pay with paypal when possible. This helps protect your credit card number.

  4. It’s a gimmick. It would be one thing if you were starving yourself and only eating acai berries but if you’re doing all the same things and adding in the berries it’s not going to make a quantifiable difference. In fact it would probably be cheaper to buy a real diet book or join a gym than to keep yourself plush with acai berries which I recall being really pointlessly expensive.
